Charles D. Carey is the CEO and Founder of Business Union Financial (BU Financial). He became an industry expert by consulting and leading other lending companies. He comes from business acceleration and has helped companies increase their systems. Charles D. Carey has created unique business funding algorithms focused on the outlook of the business, not just the business’ past. He believes on creating business models that have systems that are duplicatable and are set up for the future.

Dennis is the President of Business Acceleration and Development for Business Union Financial and is responsible for all of the brokers. Dennis has managed over 150 sales reps at one company and took a company from 30 million in sales to over 220 million and dominated over 72% of that market. He contributes to the successes of Business Union Financial by building strong, long term client relationships.

Andy is Consulting CFO at BU Financial and advises the Company on its risk and growth strategy. He also oversees the firm’s Administrative Services unit. Andy previously co-managed Arctaris Income Fund, a $22M royalty fund, and before that co-founded Brook Venture Fund, a $100M SBIC. Previously he was President of Equifax Research, division of Equifax. Andy received his MBA from Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a B.S. From Clarkson University.  Andy sits on a number of boards and is a frequent speaker and writer.

Linda has been an admin director for over 25 years and is skilled in the treasury department and pays attention to detail. Linda makes her clients a priority and enjoys putting money into our broker’s business accounts. She has many hats that she has worn over the years of being the admin, treasurer, book keeper, salesforce admin and A/R supervisor.

Camilla Mills is the Marketing Director at Business Union Financial and is a Salesforce Admin and Marketing specialist. She has consulted companies in the Working Capital space with marketing & sales systems. She is in charge of marketing and on-boarding our Brokers with our Sales Marketing System.

Mindy Piper is the Team Leader of Pre-Underwriting at Business Union Financial. Whether it is a new application being received and reviewed, or updating a record with requested information, Mindy is astute in handling all requests and responsibilities. A true team leader, she is not afraid of working extra (and after) hours to help our clients and staff.

Josh Leu is the Underwriting Account Manager at Business Union Financial. Josh and his team personally review each file that comes through and assist through the funding process. From Pre-Underwriting to Funding Josh’s team will make sure every client is taking care of by following our Loan Servicing model; 1. Speedy Process 2. Pin Point Accuracy 3. High Level Communication. Josh holds an MBA in Strategic Management which is quite often put to practical, good use in consulting our clients and brokers.

JH is the Director of ISO Relations and Business Development Consultant at Business Union Financial. JH Personally works with each client to help grow their strengths and tighten up the weaknesses. JH served 4 years in the US Army Reserve and uses his leadership skills and problem solving mentality to help business finance ISOs and Brokers succeed.
